Proper Stok (company that does building houses on bought areas) tried to setup a project for putting houses in our (only) recreational area, near Zuidland. That already sucked, because in our local area there is very little space for people to relax on a sand beach, or you have to drive to the real seabeach. That project of Proper Stok failed, but there is now another one called Zuytland buiten, which you can preview on this site. Again a horrifying scenario, but they still remove the almost only piece of beach for the public and create a private beach of it for the people who are going to live there.

They talk about birds and nature where you can stay in, but I think if you are going to build in that area, most of the birds will actually disappear.

Anyway, instead of making a little wood or more water in that area, they just want to make money with it. The only thing they do it for. I hope this plan fails.
